Kickoff:
5:30 pm, Wednesday, May 2, 2018 - Welcome Reception

The 2018 Working Group 1 Midyear Meeting will be held at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville, TN, on Thursday, May 3 - Friday, May 4, 2018. Please note that there will be a welcome reception on Wednesday evening, May 2. We have obtained a very favorable room rate at The Loews Vanderbilt Hotel of $259 per night (plus tax) for a limited block of rooms on the evenings of Wednesday, May 2, and Thursday, May 3. There are also a limited number of rooms available at the prevailing government rate. This room block expires on April 10th. For those who wish to arrive early, leave late, or otherwise extend their stay, the group rate is available for three days preceding and three days following the dates of the room block, but subject to room availability. Accordingly, if you wish to book for additional nights, you should do so as soon as possible. Reservation information will be provided in your registration confirmation email.

Not only will this meeting be critical to move existing WG1 work product forward, but the topics have been selected to help identify where The Sedona Conference can provide further guidance to the bench and bar. Please plan to contribute to the dialogue.

Note: we are applying for MCLE credit.

We hope to see you in Nashville!
