Amy is the Legal Chief of Staff and Director of Operations for SunPower, a residential solar company. Previously, Amy was the Associate General Counsel and Director of Cardinal Health's Discovery Center of Excellence, led Walmart Legal's Discovery Operations Group, worked for the country's largest midstream oil and gas company, and was an associate at the firm of Crowe & Dunlevy. Amy has taught eDiscovery and Legal Operations at multiple law schools and is currently an adjunct professor at the Ohio State University Moritz School of Law. Amy is a proud former member of the Steering Committee for The Sedona Conference’s Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production, is ACEDS certified, and serves on the Global ACEDS Advisory Board and the Georgetown Advanced eDiscovery Institute Planning Committee. Before becoming an attorney, Amy worked as a theater stage manager and producer, a teacher, and a database designer and administrator for an ed-tech start up.
