Claire Hass
Claire is counsel for Google. After joining Google in 2012, she helped shape and grow Google’s innovative internal team that performs analytics, review, and privilege analysis for Google’s legal department. She continues to contribute to the development of the team’s workflows and best practices. Claire provides discovery guidance for various types of litigation matters. She contributes to the analysis of company-wide discovery issues and works to create and implement defensible processes for managing proportional discovery and the reduction of discovery related costs. Prior to joining Google, Claire was in the commercial litigation group at Reed Smith LLP where she focused on discovery analysis and technology, commercial litigation, and product liability litigation. Claire is a graduate of UC Hastings School of Law and a graduate of Pomona College, where she majored in philosophy. |
