Jessica is Discovery Counsel for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (formerly part of Hewlett-Packard Company (HP)), responsible for setting policy and procedure around the entire discovery phase of litigation. As Discovery Counsel, Jessica has reviewed and revised the processes surrounding the identification, preservation, collection, processing and review of information. Additionally, Jessica’s role as Discovery Counsel includes responsibility for vendor selection. In performance of this role, Jessica ensures that HPE obtains quality, cost efficient services from each of its selected vendors within the discovery practice. In addition to her role as Discovery Counsel, Jessica is counsel to HPE’s Global Records Management team. In that role, she is responsible for providing legal advice around the management of HPE’s records. Jessica joined the HP legal team when HP acquired Electronic Data Systems (EDS), in August 2008, as a Senior Litigation Attorney.
