Ken serves as Senior Discovery Counsel at BP and has the privilege of managing BP’s internal discovery team and external vendors as the team serves BP’s legal and business clients globally. He also serves as the Program Lawyer for the current Global Records Management Program. Before coming to BP, Ken was a founding partner at the Redgrave Law Firm—specializing in eDiscovery and the legal aspects of records and information management. He began his legal career as a commercial litigation attorney in Minnesota. Ken is a graduate of DePauw University (BA); Trinity Seminary (MA); and the University of Minnesota (JD).
