Joseph is a partner in the New York office of Scott + Scott, Attorneys at Law LLP. He specializes in complex litigation on behalf of institutional, corporate, and individual clients in federal and state courts throughout the United States. Joseph is a frequent writer and lecturer on complex litigation topics and electronic discovery. He was recognized for his litigation achievements by his selection to the National Law Journal’s, “Plaintiff’s Hot List.” Joseph is a member of the Steering Committee of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1).
