Catherine joined Google in 2005. As Senior Litigation Counsel, she manages a team of litigators and many of the company’s significant Intellectual Property and other litigation matters both within and outside the United States, including complex patent litigation, Viacom and other copyright litigation against YouTube, and keyword advertising trademark litigation. Catherine is admitted to practice law in New York, Massachusetts, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and Registered In-House Counsel in California.
