Tracy Greer
Tracy is eDiscovery Counsel at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. She joined the OCC in May 2021. Previously, she served as Antitrust Division’s Senior Counsel for Electronic Discovery for more than 10 of the 25 years she spent with the Department. She developed policies and processes for addressing electronic discovery issues, supervised their implementation, collected best practices, and conducted awareness and training on a wide variety of discovery and technology issues. She has appeared on numerous panels and has been a faculty member at the Department of Justice’s National Advocacy Center on a variety of electronic discovery issues. Tracy received her law degree from the University of Texas at Austin and her undergraduate degree from Brown University. |
