Kelly is the Senior Manager of Cyber Incident Response at Norton Rose Fulbright. She has prior experience practicing complex business litigation in state and federal courts and as a director with eDiscovery services providers specializing in TAR, analytics, privilege, and managed review. She is CEDS certified, a Relativity Expert, and a Brainspace Analyst and Administrator. Kelly holds a B.A. with honors in Politics & Government from the University of Puget Sound and a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Willamette Journal of Internal Law and Dispute Resolution and the Note and Comment Editor of the Willamette Law Review.
