WG12 Brainstorming Projects Commencing January 2025

• International Trade Secret Enforcement and Protection, which will be led by Jeff Pade and Daniel Saeedi.  The members of the brainstorming team are Evi Christou, Cameron Fine, Chris Gerardi, David Herrington, Elizabeth McBride, Nate McPherson, David Pardue, Mark Shultz, Jeff Telep, Dylan Wiseman, and Bryan Washburn.

• Development of an “Incident Response Plan” When Trade Secret Disputes Begin, which will be led by Angelique Kaounis and Dave Shenian.  The members of the brainstorming team are Scott Bailey, Blair Harrington, Dean Harts, Noel Kersh, Julie Lewis, Jeremey Merkelson, Robert Muller, Amelia Sargent, Jim Vaughn, and Ian Wright.

• Trade Secret Guidance for Employees Who Change Jobs, which will be led by Leigh Ann Buziak and Kate Lazarus.  The members of the brainstorming team are Russell Beck, Barry Brown, Michael Elkon, Seth Gerber, Evan Burbidge, John Marsh, Alex Meier, and Eric Ostroff.

• Consideration of When Continued Possession of Trade Secrets Post-Separation Does or Does Not Constitute Misappropriation of Trade Secrets, which will be led by Ben Fink and Mindy Morton.  The members of the brainstorming team are Vicki Cundiff, Matt D’Amore, Dean Pelletier, Nicole Phillis, Patricia Prezioso, Avi Skoff and Lisa Zang.
