Date:
Thursday, February 11, 2016 - 7:30am to Friday, February 12, 2016 - 1:00pm
Location:
Pasadena, CA
United States

Hotel:
The Langham Huntington Hotel

Kickoff:
Wednesday, February 10, 6:00 pm to 8 pm - Welcome Reception

Please join us at the joint Midyear Meeting of The Sedona Conference’s Working Group 9 on Patent Damages and Remedies (WG9) and Working Group 10 on Patent Litigation Best Practices (WG10) on February 11-12, 2016 in Pasadena, CA.

WG9 and WG10 will have published for public comment several commentaries and commentary supplements in the months leading up to this meeting, and have several new drafting projects in process, including on Management of Pharma Patent Litigations and The International Trade Commission Section 337 Investigations. Join the dialogue to bring these commentaries, with their principles and best practice recommendations for a better patent system, to consensus publication.

The meeting will be held at The Langham Huntington in Pasadena, California. The hotel's serenity and tranquility at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains create a perfect environment for the "think-tank" experience and civilized dialogue that characterize a Sedona Conference Working Group Meeting. We have obtained a very favorable group rate of $259 per night (plus tax) for a limited block of rooms on the evenings of Wednesday, February 10 and Thursday, February 11, 2016. This room block expires on Monday, January 4, 2016. There are also a limited number of rooms available at the government per diem rate for government employees. For those who wish to arrive early, leave late, or otherwise extend their stay, the group rate is available for three days preceding and three days following the dates of the room block, but subject to room availability. Accordingly, if you wish to book for additional nights, you should do so as soon as possible. The hotel is also providing WG9 and WG10 meeting attendees with complimentary access to the fitness center and spa facilities (steam room, sauna and whirlpool) and ten percent off any spa services.

We are applying for MCLE credit, including 1.25 hours of Ethics credit.

We hope to see you in Pasadena!
