Jim is the Senior Program Attorney at TSC. Jim is managing Working Group 9 on Patent Damages and Remedies (WG9),  Working Group 10 on Patent Litigation Best Practices (WG10), and Working Group 12 on Trade Secrets (WG12). Jim holds a B.S. degree from Duke University, an Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a J.D. degree, cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he was Articles Editor of the Case Western Reserve Journal of International Law. He is a Certified Project Management Professional and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Before joining TSC, Jim was the Senior Director, Legal, for Ubee Interactive Corp. in Taipei, Taiwan (R.O.C.). Before that, Jim was a patent litigator at Howrey, LLP in Washington, D.C.
