Carol is the Executive Director of Cohasset Associates’ consulting practice and is responsible for overseeing the development of practical records management and information governance solutions that mitigate information management risks and are tailored to unique client needs. She has over 20 years of experience defining policies, standards and guidance for effectivity managing the lifecycle of information, developing clear and concise retention schedules and designing implementation strategies for physical records and electronically stored information – from email to file shares (network storage) to application data and backup media. Carol’s technical expertise and extensive experience in improving the management of electronically stored information have assisted many clients – dynamic, rapidly growing companies, Fortune 100 companies, and a spectrum of governmental agencies. She frequently speaks on the topics of records management and information governance.
