Gil is Chair of BakerHostetler’s Commercial Litigation team and past co-chair of the firm’s E-Discovery Advocacy and Management team. He is a trial lawyer with more than 25 years of experience litigating complex disputes on behalf of national and international corporations. Gil’s national trial practice benefits from his experience in electronic discovery. He advises Fortune 500 companies on the creation and deployment of e-discovery response programs, and, as an advocate, directs the discovery process in complex litigation. Gil is the author of numerous publications concerning e-discovery, is active in The Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) and serves on the Advisory Board, Planning Committee and Faculty of Georgetown Law’s Advanced E-Discovery Institute.
