Robb Snow
Robb is Counsel in the eDiscovery Group of the Litigation Information Technology Unit of the FDIC’s Legal Division. His current responsibilities include assisting FDIC attorneys and their outside counsel navigate through a myriad of eDiscovery issues. Robb joined the FDIC in 2010 after more than 23 years in private practice. He has more than 35 years of legal experience managing and supervising large, complex litigation, litigation technology, and electronic discovery. He is an active member of the Sedona Conference, including Working group 1 (Electronic Document Retention and Production), and the Technology Resource Panel. Robb is a drafting team member of The Sedona Conference, Commentary on Information Governance, Second Edition, 20 Sedona Conf. J. 95 (2019), and The Sedona Conference, The Sedona Conference Glossary: E-Discovery & Digital Information Management, Fifth Edition, (2020). He received his JD from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. |
