Tobias heads the litigation department at one of German biggest IP firms: Meissner Bolte. Each year, he is involved in over 30 patent litigation cases and out-of-court patent disputes. He is a frequent lecturer at various universities (e.g. Technical University of Munich) and public institutions like the EPO and the GPTO. Tobias regularly publishes articles in legal journals (LES Nouvelles, IIP Journal Japan, VPP magazine, Mitteilungen, etc.) and contributing to various IP blogs.
