Philipp is a German-qualified attorney-at-law and a certified IP specialist in the Munich office of Meissner Bolte, a boutique IP law firm. His work focuses on complex patent infringement and invalidity cases tried before national courts, PTOs and arbitration bodies. Philipp’s expertise is in disputes involving SEPs, often at the intersection of IP and antitrust law. His cases are commonly international, and works with legal advisers from across Europe, the US and Japan, on multi-jurisdictional patent litigation strategies. He also advises on IP licensing strategies and IP-driven R&D projects. Philipp is a member of the Licensing Executives Society (LES) and the German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright (GRUR).
