Adam Gajadharsingh
Adam is a partner at Barnes & Thornburg LLP in Atlanta, where his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, eDiscovery, data privacy/security, and information management. He also was a member of the team assisting the Special Compliance Coordinator appointed by the U.S. Department of Commerce to monitor, assess, and report on the U.S. export control compliance of Zhongxing Telecommunications Equipment Corporation. He is particularly well-versed in privilege protection, having developed procedures to help avoid inadvertent production during the discovery process. Adam has trained hundreds of attorneys regarding privilege law, reviewed the validity of thousands of privilege coding determinations, and regularly speaks about privilege issues. Adam is a co-team leader of the Sedona Conference Working Group 1 Drafting Team on Improving the Privilege Log Process. He is a member of the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation Leadership Council, the largest provider of pro bono services in Atlanta, and works to raise awareness, support, and funds for this great organization. |
