Matt is Managing Director at AlixPartners, where he specializes in electronic discovery and litigation readiness planning. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he worked for 15 years in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he was a Counsel in the Complex Mass Torts and Insurance Litigation department and Co-Chair of the firm’s Electronic Discovery Committee. Matt is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) and a contributor to both Navigating the Vendor Proposal Process: Best Practices for the Selection of Electronic Discovery Vendors and The Sedona Conference Glossary: E-Discovery & Digital Information Management.
