Briordy Meyers
Briordy serves as Director & Senior Counsel - eDiscovery for Boehringer Ingelheim USA in Ridgefield, CT. He joined the German-based company in June of 2018 where he focuses on directing Boehringer’s eDiscovery workflows, systems and legal strategy. Briordy also works closely with Boehringer’s data privacy officers to ensure compliance with U.S. data privacy laws and cross-border transfers of data subject to the GDPR. In this role, Briordy received Relativity’s 2021 inaugural AI Catalyst Innovation Award for leveraging Artificial Intelligence in cross-border discovery workflows. Briordy is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production, Working Group 6 on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery, and Disclosure, and Working Group 11 on Data Security and Privacy Liability. Briordy received his B.A. from the University of Virginia and his J.D. from the College of William and Mary School of Law. |
